Hello everyone ~

My name is Kim Snegirev and I am the owner of Whyte Tyger Designs. I originally started this company in 2003 to design web pages for at home and small businesses. My html skills were very basic at that time and I decided I wanted to upgrade my skills to be able to offer more advanced design options.

So I enrolled in college in 2005 to learn these advanced skills and will now be graduating in December 2007 with a bachelor’s of science degree in Web & Multimedia Design. I have learned a great deal during my time at school and I am looking forward to applying these to freelance projects and creating dynamic designs for my customers.
