Whyte Tyger Design & Consulting is in the business of offering professional web and multimedia designs for small to medium size businesses across the nation. Our company opened its virtual doors in the spring of 2003 to initially offer web design services for Work at Home and small businesses. At this time the services that were offered were pretty basic html coded pages. But the company owner, Kimberlea Snegirev determined that she would like to offer more than basic packages, so she decided to go back to college to upgrade her design skills (although Kimberlea has been working on html projects since 1996).
In February 2005, she enrolled in classes at Westwood College and graduated in March 2008, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Web & Multimedia Design. Now that she is completed her degree, she is looking forward to turning her full attention to her love of web design and customer service. Kimberlea has been in the customer service industry since the mid 1980’s and enjoys working with people. In the summer of 2000 she decided to become a full time stay at home mom and has truly enjoyed her time at home. Her kids are both in school full time now and is free to dedicate her time to her design work, as well as spend a great deal of time volunteering in activities at the school and the local little league district.
The newly acquired skills that Kimberlea has gained during her time at Westwood College, have gone far beyond what she imagined she would ever do. She has gone from creating very simplistic HTML pages to full site designs using XHTML and CSS strict coding standards. She also enjoys getting her feet wet in Flash Presentations and has recently learned server side scripting such as PHP and MySQL.
Kimberlea’s industry knowledge and commitment to excellence and customer service allows her the extra edge to ensure that all of her client’s needs are met. Whyte Tyger Designs is using industry standard software programs for all its design needs, and with the Alumni Retraining program through Kimberlea’s college, she is and will always stay current with design trends and programs.
